Evan Weinberg & Ross Stewart - Aside from being freaking awesome individuals, when combined they form Voltron!  The Voltron of brewing that is... These guys are the creators/founders/proprietors of Cismontane Brewing Company, and have been friends with Justin since the dawn of time (or at least high school).  With their guidance and tutelage JLB is a forgone conclusion.

Joe Cooke - As Sarah's dad, and a dedicated award winning homebrewer of 30+ years, Joe is a constant influence, not to mention he's a integral part of our advisory team.

Joe Walsh - As Justin's dad, and a master builder that's been around since the invention of the wheel, Joe is our constructor of all things buildable and an all around badass.

Jeff Kramer - As TestPilot 001 Kramer is of constant assistance in all manner of our brewery operations.

MariBeth Swetkoff-Kramer - As TestPilot 002 and Jeff's wife, MariBeth helps wherever we need a hand, not to mention she is a total ripper on all manner of board.

Jimmy Lim - As the official backcountry JLB guide, TestPilot 00, mentor for our Downhill MTB Team, and pretty much the most resourceful individual we know, Jimmy is a key piece of who and what JLB is.

Johnny "Nipple" Kimball - Go ahead, try and keep up.  Nipple is one of our DH Team riders and he isn't bad at skiing either.  Blisteringly fast, Nipple takes JLB straight to the podium.

Phillip Michael - Beyond one of the most mechanically inclined individuals around, Phil is the guy who'll pull over and help you out on the side of the highway in the middle of a snowstorm at midnight.  Oh yeah and he can probably throw you over a mountain if need be.

March Fam - AKA Action Mijo... since retiring as a paid stuntmonkey from MMSA, and becoming a full-time production brewer at JLB, Mijo has graduated to become a test subject for experimental orthopedic surgical procedures.  Sickest 540 ever bro.
