Lil' Walker IPA

Combining a 2,600lb grain bill comprised of 2-Row Pale, Cara-Pils and Crystal 15 malts with generous hop additions of CTZ, Cascade and Ella, this beer is only little in name.  Oh yeah, then we dry hopped it with 2.5lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra…. Warning, this IS a hoppy beer.  Rolling in with a healthy 7% ABV, and 72 IBUs, the Lil’ Walker relied on our tried and true White Labs 001 California Ale yeast to provide the love and tender care needed to make a super awesome IPA.  Grapefruit, lemon, orange, lime, floral.
